Overview
The goal of the STM’s Safety and Security Program is to achieve the highest practical level of safety and security for all modes of transit. In order to protect passengers, employees, revenues, and property, all transit systems are encouraged to develop and implement a proactive system safety program plan. Our Mandate
To assist the STM in transferring a portion of its Safety and Security
Program, into WEB-enabled and Simulation Based Training formats to support current
classroom-based training. The key objective was to reduce training time and costs
by a minimum of 50%. Courses target maintenance, operations, security protocols
and the utilization of specialized software for maintenance.
