As one of the leading telecommunications providers in France, France Telecom was looking to adopt an on-line training solution to replace their current practices that varied from department to department within the corporation. Our Mandate
To assist France Telecom in transferring their Effective Communication Program into a WEB-enabled training format to support current instructor-led and classroom based training. Five different departments were involved in this innovative project including FT R&D, FT Innovation, FT Training, FT Expertel, and FT Communication and Human Interface. Although experimentation occurred on two different continents, the collaboration and project management was such that milestones and deadlines were duly respected.
