Chief Executive / Chief Financial Officer

M.Benatar graduated from the Ecole Superieur de Chimie (Paris-France) and also holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburg-UK).

Prior to joining umind, Mr. Benatar was President of Exchange Market Systems (EMS), a company specializing in the integration and automation of financial markets and networks solutions.

Mr. Benatar has also held senior executive positions at Union Carbide/Chemical Division , Bata Shoes/Research Division , Chimie Industrielle & Agricole/Research and Laboratory Division.
Mr. Benatar is responsible for umind’s overall operations, strategic alliances , and mergers and acquisitions. He is also married and is a father of three.
