Simulation Based Training

Enhance learning through 3D simulations

Depending on the context, we sometimes use simulation-based training to accelerate the learners’ ability to process new experiences in the workplace. These 3-D simulations are especially effective for training in assembling, maintenance, operations, procedure, and all hands-on type training.

Simulation Based Training is ideal when:

A piece of equipment is hidden or inaccessible to the learner
An object is dangerous or difficult to manipulate in reality
An object is too small and needs to be shown in great detail
A process must be visualized to understand

When a learner has to memorize and apply a procedure or protocol, we use an approach called ‘Learning-by-doing’. Plunged into an intuitive, interactive virtual environment, the learner can practice work related tasks for as long and as often as he needs to in order to master a skill. This proven approach increases learning and retention by more than 70% and significantly improves job performance.
