As VP Research and Development, Mr. Rouane leads all R & D and engineering efforts at uMind. His strategic objectives involve the development of innovative e-Learning and knowledge management applications for course editing and tutoring. The outcome of these efforts to date is the realization of two extremely advanced software applications for eLearning course development, deployment and instruction. Both are powered by uMind patented technologies.

Mr. Rouane has an in-depth knowledge of various learning methodologies and approaches which include ISD, SAT (systems approach to training), Gagné, Festinger, etc. This knowledge and expertise has been key to the development of uMind Platforms which integrates some of the most effective and current learning methodologies and strategies. In the last 12 years, over 50 different learning methodologies were analyzed and tested on target populations in order to identify the most efficient and effective ones.

Mr. Rouane has developed a complete instructional methodology and process inspired by the SAT, but adapted to SCORM specifications as required by current eLearning industry standards.
