As COO, Ms. Benchetrit currently manages and monitors daily operations at uMind and reports to the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. She plays a strategic and tactical role in the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver uMind products/services.

Ms. Benchetrit ensures efficient business operations for optimized enterprise performance and manages resources to ensure effective production of products and services.

Ms. Benchetrit also interfaces directly with clients to ascertain effective implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Benchetrit acquired solid experience in the technology field as a partner at Clik Multimedia, developing key accounts with Fortune 500 clients across the globe (Ericsson, Hoescht Marrion Roussel, Bauer, Bombardier, SNC Lavalin etc.).

Ms. Benchetrit is a graduate of Concordia University and has significant expertise in Educational Technology, Pedagogy and Emotional Intelligence and is directly involved in
R & D activities at uMind.
